Seasons of Parenthood

Parenthood moves in seasons.

There are times of growth and energy, and times of contraction, uncertainty, and deep tiredness. Moments of confidence, and moments of doubt. Periods where life feels expansive and others where simply holding it all together takes everything you have.

Yet so often, parents are expected to keep going at the same pace, regardless of the season they’re in.

Seasons of Parenthood was created to change that.

This is a community designed to support parents through the real rhythms of family life  offering space to pause, reflect, and feel supported, whatever season you’re navigating.

Why Seasons of Parenthood Exists

Parenting has become increasingly loud.

More advice.
More opinions.
More pressure to get it right.

And yet, fewer spaces where parents can slow down, reconnect to themselves, and be supported without judgment or fixing.

Seasons of Parenthood exists because parents don’t need another programme or another set of expectations. They need anchoring.

A place to land.
A rhythm to return to.
Support that feels human, steady, and sustainable.

How this community came together

Seasons of Parenthood began with a simple act of noticing.

As a small business owner, I’ve spent years in networking rooms, spaces where women gather to reflect, share honestly, grow in confidence and be supported in their ambitions.

And I kept thinking the same thing: Parents need this too. Not another strategy. Not another book to read. But a space to pause. To be met. To reflect alongside others navigating different seasons of family life.

Through my years working with families in schools, in private practice, and as a parent myself, I’ve seen how much parents are being asked to hold.

Emotionally.
Mentally.
Practically.

Often without a consistent community.
Without rhythm.
Without space to reset.

Seasons of Parenthood is my response to that.

It is a community rooted in calm over control.
Rhythm over rush.
Nervous system awareness.
Practical tools grounded in real life.

It is intentionally inclusive.

Whether you are a single parent, part of a blended family, raising neurodivergent children, navigating fertility or loss, parenting solo some weeks and co-parenting others, or living in what the world calls a “typical” family, you belong here.

Parenthood is not one story.
It is many seasons.

This is a space where those seasons can sit side by side.

Seasons of Parenthood is my passion project.
A community grown with care.
A place for parents to feel steadied, supported and strengthened, together.

My Mission

My mission is to create a calm, seasonal sanctuary where parents can pause, reconnect, and feel supported, without judgment, pressure, or fixing.

We believe parenting isn’t something to perfect.
It’s something to live through different seasons, with care, compassion, and steadiness.

Seasons of Parenthood exists to offer:

  • Rhythm instead of rush

  • Reflection instead of reactivity

  • Connection without comparison

  • Support that honours parents as whole humans

What this community is

(and isn’t)

Seasons of Parenthood is not a programme.
And it’s not a networking group.

It’s a gently held community for parents who want:

  • Space to slow down and breathe

  • Support without performance or pressure

  • Practical tools that work in everyday family life

  • Guidance that flows with the seasons of parenthood

This is a space where parents are met where they are, not where they think they should be.

How it works

The community follows a seasonal rhythm, offering consistent support without overwhelm.

As a member, you’ll receive:

  • Monthly live 1-hour online circles with Anisa - a reliable pause to reflect, regulate, and reconnect

  • Seasonal guidance aligned to the focus of each month

  • Journaling prompts, gentle reflections and practical tools to support integration each month

  • Practical, real-world parenting tools you can actually use

  • A private, low-noise community space, held with care

  • Discounted access to seasonal in-person gatherings

  • Priority booking for community events

  • Replay access to each circle, so you can return in your own time

This is support designed to feel steady and sustainable, not another thing to keep up with.

A community that meets you where you are

Seasons of Parenthood is intentionally designed as an online-first, internationally accessible community.

I know parents are navigating different time zones, schedules, and realities and that not everyone will be able to attend every live gathering.

What mattered to me was creating:

  • A monthly place to gather, wherever you are in the world

  • Live circles supported by replay access

  • Seasonal guidance that meets you in your own time and rhythm

This community isn’t about showing up perfectly.

It’s about knowing there is a place to return to, again and again.

This community is for parents who

  • Want calm, not control

  • Want clarity, confidence, connection, and calm in modern family life

  • Want grounded support without overwhelm

  • Want to parent consciously without losing themselves

  • Want to grow and be supported through every season of parenthood, wherever you are on your journey

You don’t need to have it all together.

You’re welcome exactly as you are.

Beginning Together

The Springboard is the opening gathering of Seasons of Parenthood - a visioning morning made both sacred and practical.

Held on the Spring Equinox, a natural moment of balance, renewal, and the planting of new seeds, this in-person experience offers a parenting reset ritual for the year ahead. It’s a space to pause, reflect, and gently realign, not by doing more, but by seeing more clearly.

Through grounding practices, guided reflection on the year just gone as a parent, values exploration for self, child, and family, and gentle intention-setting, guests are invited to reconnect, not just to what they want, but to how they want to feel, as they plant intentions for themselves and their family for the seasons ahead.

Anisa will guide you in creating your own vision board, a meaningful, practical anchor you can take home, capturing the seeds you’re choosing to plant for the year ahead. The morning includes a warm welcome to meet like-minded parents (whatever season of parenthood you’re in), refreshments and pastries, and tools to support nervous system regulation, release, and openness to possibility.

The space is intentionally held so no one leaves rushed or unheld, but steadied, clearer, and anchored back into themselves.

This is not about becoming a better parent.
It’s about becoming a more aligned one, clarifying what you want to place your focus on for you and your family, and anchoring into that energy and feeling as the year unfolds.

The Springboard takes place at Devonshire Arms Hotel, set within the beautiful grounds of the Bolton Abbey Estate. Weather permitting, there will be space to step outside, breathe deeply, and connect with nature, allowing the setting itself to support the sense of grounding and renewal.

As a special invitation, the first 10 parents to sign up will receive complimentary access to the spa, offering the opportunity to extend the experience into a full day of rest, renewal, and anchoring those intentions as Spring begins.

As part of your Springboard booking, you’ll also receive free access to the Seasons of Parenthood community for March. March’s theme is The Reset, a gentle invitation to reclaim clarity after overwhelm and step out of winter survival mode.
