Emotions

Emotions are a normal and natural part of life. We all experience them, and learning how to manage them is essential. Building a toolkit to help us regulate emotions can make a huge difference in how we handle everyday situations, especially when emotions run high. It’s important to recognize and understand our feelings, and equally important to teach our children how to do the same.

In the Quick Bite sessions, we explore how to see emotions as colours and how calling a spade a spade can make a difference. We also talk about the importance of connecting before emotions boil to the surface, among other helpful insights. Then, you can dive into our Emotions Workshop, which can be completed all at once or at your own pace, one section at a time. This workshop caters to different needs and learning styles, making it flexible for you.

Don’t forget that our resource library is full of helpful tips, tricks, and downloads to further support you.

DEEP DIVE

In this deep dive, we are looking at control and listening, we then explore tools in the emotions eBook. Following that, we have activities to do that help explore emotions with our kid(s)

Emotions in our children, as in ourselves, are a normal part of life, however, there are tools and tricks you can do to help 'manage' them in your families.

Below you will find The Big Emotions Workshop and The Big Emotions eBook. These work side by side, so my recommendation is to print your eBook so you can utilise it during the workshop videos.
